Easton Garden Club Farm Map Project

The Easton Farm Map is created and sponsored by the Easton Garden Club. The mission of the Easton Farm Map is to promote the many varied farms in the town of Easton, Connecticut, to garner the attention of and draw a wide variety of consumers to the town of Easton to shop for seasonal horticultural and agricultural products and to highlight Easton, CT as a viable farming community in Fairfield County.

The project, initiated and lead by Easton Garden Club Members Cathy Barto Meyer and Jean Stetz Puchalski, was a collaborative effort between garden club members and other individuals:

Jean Stetz Puchalski – Co-Chair and Project Manager, Easton CT Farm Map Project
Cathy Barto Meyer – Co-Chair and Public Relations and Media Relations, Easton
CT Farm Map Project

Abby LePage – Agricultural Producer Liaison
Lydia Mann – Design (non-member volunteer)
Kevin Martin – Design layout (non-member)
Ruth Perles – Agricultural Producer Liaison

The Map was launched in May 2009 at the Easton Garden Club’s Annual Garden Mart. The Map is now a perpetual project for the Easton Garden Club and has become the “go to” resource for the Town of Easton, supporting organizations, farmers, and individuals who are learning about, visiting, and shopping locally at Easton Farms.
